Creative Problem Solving:
Combining two separate second-hand clothing items to create a completely new garment. The piece I created was a poncho-style jacket, inspired by Samuel L. Jackson's character in "The Hateful Eight".

Outcome:
The final deliverable was inspired by the second-hand thrifting craze our generation has. Astonishingly 85% of second-hand items end up in the landfill. I wanted to create a piece that reflected the chaos of our consumption habits, as well as try to save a few items from merely being discarded into the trash.
